How can I find your products, besides online?

Are the Dragontree Tinctures safe for pregnant and nursing women to ingest?
We advise pregnant and nursing women to treat our tinctures similarly to homeopathic remedies: taking just 1 to 3 drops at a time, on or under the tongue. However, it is important to consult with your physician or midwife when taking these or any other supplements while pregnant or nursing.
My product looks different than the last time I ordered it. Is there something wrong with it?
Nope! There is absolutely nothing wrong with your product. It is the same product that you fell in love with the first time around.
Since our products are so natural, made in small batches, AND all by hand, there may be some variety from time to time. We use our formulas consistently, so the results will be the same, but sometimes our source ingredients may be a little darker, more aromatic, a little less this, and slightly more that. It's all good!

How does shipping work and what is your turnaround time?
We offer a free shipping option for orders within the United State. It could take anywhere from 7-10 days with the most economical method. For the Dreambooks, free shipping is fulfilled via USPS media mail.
Tracking information is accessible if applicable. We offer a variety of shipping method options available upon checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our love is global and so we are happy to offer international shipping. Upon checkout, you will be guided through your options. Please see our shipping information page for more details.
Do you offer refunds and what is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (less S&H).
Only 1 opened package of any product is eligible for return. Please email Customer Service at customerservice@thedragontree.com within 30 days of shipment date to receive a return authorization number and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately at returns@thedragontree.com. Include your order number and tracking number from your original confirmation. We will make a reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
NOTE: Return Policy and Warranty applies to full-price retail purchases only. Wholesale customers are advised that returns are only accepted on unopened, undamaged, salable merchandise and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
What is your policy for Tracking, Insurance, and Lost or Undelivered shipments?
The Dragontree Apothecary assumes no responsibility for lost or undelivered shipments once they have been shipped. If you have special delivery needs, we recommend contacting Customer Service prior to placing an order.
Most Dragontree Apothecary orders are shipped with tracking numbers, as provided by the carrier. UPS and FedEx offer declared value coverage, and USPS Priority insures their packages up to $100.
A tracking number is guaranteed with USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and all other USPS and FedEx services. USPS First Class Mail does not guarantee a tracking number, nor does Dragontree Apothecary’s one dollar shipping option.

Do you offer samples of your products?
On a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately we can’t offer free samples to everyone. If you’re a blogger, in the bath and body industry, writing for a magazine or publication, or are interested in partnering with us, please contact us with your information and we will evaluate your request. A response will be given to all inquiries.
Are your products certified organic?
Our signature peace tea is 100% certified organic. Since the FDA Organic Labelling is a time consuming and costly process (boo), we do not have the official seal on the rest of the Dragontree line. The rest of the Dragontree products are assuredly created with the cleanest ingredients possible and with as many organic ingredients as available. We make sure to use the finest quality suppliers and make every product with individual care. We know you’ll love the result.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We sure do! We know how nice it is to have a beautifully presented gift for the ones you love -- but wrapping can be a P in the A - so we got it taken care of for you.
Can I get product samples?
Unfortunately, samples are not available for general distribution. We understand that many of our customers want to "check out" the products before they buy, we get it...and that's why we gladly accept returns or exchanges if you're not satisfied with your products. Are your products vegan? Gluten Free? Dairy Free?
Most of our products are vegan, gluten free, and dairy free, with a few exceptions. Honey can be found in certain baths, scrubs, and our cough tincture. Milk can be found in our Milk Baths. There is a miniscule amount of gluten in the Melancholy tincture. There are animal-derived medicinal substances in some of the other tinctures, which are traditional ingredients from Chinese Medicine. These include mother of pearl in the Sleep tincture (a natural, calming source of minerals); fossilized cow tooth and oyster shell in the Anxiety tincture (natural sources of calcium and other minerals); honey in the Cough tincture (a natural cough suppressant); mother of pearl (a natural mineral source) and scorpion (traditionally used for severe head pain) in the Headache tincture. The Muscle Melt Regenerative Cream contains collagen derived from poultry and glucosamine sulfate derived from crustacean shells.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made by hand in small batches and packaged in Portland, Oregon.
Are your products paraben and sulfate free?
Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and toxic chemicals. We also do not use artificial dyes or scents cause that would be super gross.
What is the shelf life for your products and what are recommended ways to store them?
Answer: It depends on the conditions that they are exposed to, but on average our product shelf life is 3 years when they are stored correctly. All our products should stored in a cool, dark place, away from heat and sunlight - like vampires.
Are your products tested on animals?
The Dragontree Apothecary never tests on animals, other than us.
